They are very nice and professional. Also, it was about the quickest appointment that I have ever had.
As always the staff was very nice and helpful. The dental tech who took care of me (I cannot remember her name) was very sweet and understanding.
I lost a crown on Tuesday. They took me in at 9:00 AM on Wednesday. They were able to design and install a new, permanent crown during my appointment on Wednesday. Service was excellent as usual.
Dr. Tracey Nguyen and her staff are very caring, patient and gentle. I would highly recommend this dentist and her staff.
I just moved to the area and didn't have a dentist yet. A veneer popped off on Sunday and they saw me Monday morning even though I was a new patient. The office staff, assistants and Dr. Nguyen were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to Dr. Nguyen.
My visits to Lansdowne Dental care are always great experiences. Drs. Nguyen and Frames are excellent, thorough medical professionals. Sachi is an outstanding dental hygienist as well. Always a pleasant experience.
I broke a tooth and I had same day delivery of a cap and you can't tell which tooth is capped.
The best team around! Dr. Nguyen always answers all of the questions and she is very resourceful. Dr. Nguyen is very passionate about her work and without any doubt she is the best in what she does.
Dental care is extremely good from dentist Tracey. Billing part is bad she don't know what she is doing. Payment is all mess up from co pay to ensurance. She did not even explain to the bill to me, just asked me to pay first later on I recognize it was wrong. An assistant named Jennifer she is very cheerful sweet and really helpful
