RecommendedI was riding in this area searching for a nice complex. The cleanliness first caught my eye. I stopped in the office and spoke with JB. He was very friendly and helpful. When I call concerning questions and they can’t get to the phone , I don’t need to leave a message for they call me back from my caller I’d. This is even after I’ve been approved and they have my payment. They make you extremely welcome. The staff is very nice. Happy that this is my new home’

I had an appointment booked for today and then called to confirm and they said that my appointment could have been cancelled out and could not accommodate me because of their mess up!! Thats not how you do business and will be filing a complaint! Now i can see why they only have 2.5 Star rating!

Especial SHOUTOUT to Ragan's Team!!! They've been very helpful since day 1. Finding a place you can call HOME wasnt easy for us since we were not available here locally to view the apartment. But Daylan was very patient with us to do virtual tour while we were still in Alaska. He was able to prepare all paperwork and the apartment before we arrived Charlotte. I have lived at Cascades at Northlake now for over two years. This place is safe, convenient to shopping, and much more of a community than just an apartment complex. The grounds are clean, the pools and clubhouse are great fun during the summer, as are the other residents. Excellent management, Ragan the Property Manager has been outstanding in making me feel welcome. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live in North Charlotte to check out Cascades by Northlake!

Excelente Lugar para vivir, Si algo no te gusta se habla y siempre hay soluciones! Pocos Apartamentos son tan completos como éste, con Car wash, GYM, Billar, Tenis de Mesa, y una administración dispuesta a siempre dar lo mejor! Cynthia siempre dará la milla extra para que tengas el mejor apartamento.
Everyone in the office is super helpful. The apartments are pretty nice and conveniently located to the beach and a bunch of different shops.
I want to give a shout out to Christian Munoz Our Service Technician. He is friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable. We appreciate you Chris!!!

Hi Najah, We are disappointed that you were not happier with your experience at Cascades at Northlake despite our best efforts to resolve the issue. In working to resolve this issue, we worked with 2 different plumbers to resolve the issue. Payment to these vendors was not denied in either case. In working with them, the drain was snaked twice and the main drain was jetted. Roto-rooter also came out to inspect the drain and did not find anything wrong with the plumbing of the apartment.
