Resident for 3 years and the staff has been amazing from day 1! The property is well maintained, maintenance issues are addressed quickly and I love the fact some of the staff lives on site... it's their home too and they care !
Everyone who works there are amazing. They are super helpful when I go travel and make sure when I am away that we pay the rent. It is a small community, but the people are amazing.
The staff is so helpful with everything and super supportive! They are always checking in on us which means a lot to us. The property itself is extremely well maintained and they have like events happening all the time for the community to come together, so it’s a way for us to meet our neighbors. Overall, it is an amazing place to live at and I would recommend it to anyone.

I love being part of a community that truly cares about their residents. The office staff, maintenance guys and neighbors are so nice. They have get togethers for the residents to come out and meet their neighbors. The staff truly cares about who lives here. If you want a nice place and people who treat you like family Lansbrook is your place.
I’ve sent out 4 emails since Tuesday wondering about this $88.31 move out fee. Have not heard from them still. If you are waiting for the 30 days to be up so you can send what we supposedly owe y’all to collections, that is very unprofessional. I would like a break down of where you came up with that fee, so I can better understand it. We don’t want the remaining of our deposit back, but don’t need to pay extra if not needed.
