This is the worse management I have ever experienced. the staff is horrible and treat you like lower class. the only person to treat me with any kind of respect is Charity. everyone else is nothing but rude and disrespectful. The complex is falling apart and they overcharge you for rent with the promise that they will upgrade your apartment appliances but will never follow through. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
Hi there, for anyone looking to move to The Bend at Broad, I would exercise caution. My first 2 months were ok, nothing too crazy outside of apartment living with noise, parking, etc. The ladies in the office were nice and maintenance requests were either acknowledged or addressed within 24hrs. However, this past weekend someone broke into my garage, and a few other units next to mine. The leasing office/property is aware of the incident, yet have no plans to further secure these units. While crime does not have a zip code and can unfortunately make its way into any neighborhood, we do our best to keep it out of our community. We have been living here for about three years. Although close to the mall and shopping, the area is pretty quiet. Morgan is awesome and always makes herself available to help any way she can. The maintenance team is quick and very friendly.

I love the location of Cascades. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Uptown is only 15 minutes away. The property is nice and well kept my favorite thing to do is walk around and go to the dog park with the pooch.

I’ve lived at cascades for 3 years. And it has been a wonderful journey. Regan, is always so helpful with anything that I need. They are very easy to work wit. The exterior is always so clean and well maintain.. if you haven’t checked them out you really should!!!
