Im very grateful to Dr. Devika, Icecreamwala, at Lanoi Dermatology. She took over my care after my previous Dr left and took the time to listen to my concerns. She adjusted my treatment and the results have been amazing - my skin has improved a lot and I’ve received many compliments. I highly recommend her (100%)and the whole staff is always kind and attentive.
The customer service and genuine professional help reverie by Sherica was impeccable. I called 5 different medical offices today, was bounced to more than 9 people and when reached Sherica, she made my day and brought a positive experience I was not expecting! Hands down - she needs to be train others! Thank you for your help today and positive attitude Sherica!! Patients deserve a positive experience everywhere!
I waited for my appointment and the front office team was not prepared to bill my insurance. I got a referral from my primary care and everything. The front desk people were honestly so cold-hearted. It seems like they’re lazy. Honestly, they will try to stick you with a bill—when all they could’ve done was bill Medi-Cal… P.S., When you step outside, “Kindle,” will also spy on you—I noticed.
I stopped by the office today (5/8) to pick up a copy of my medical records, and I was honestly surprised by how unprofessional the interaction was with the two ladies at the front desk. Their attitude came across as hostile, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude during the entire encounter. As someone simply requesting my own medical records, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. They concealed my opponent for 5 times, I have no problem with health insurance, I think you just want to get cash. I would not recommend this medical office to anyone.
