Dr.Robert Meisner &his vascular team were wonderful. Didn't have to wait forever to get an appointment nor did I have to wait no more than 15 min to be seen. I highly recommend him for anyone who vascular Disease.
Everyone is professional, polite, and have your best interest in mind. My comfort and safety was a priority yesterday! I was in the Breast center, Heart Pavilion, Nuclear Medicine, and MRI departments yesterday. I have been in the ED and have some of my doctors here. All areas are clean and have pleasant surroundings. I drive past 2 other hospitals to go to Lankenau Medical Center!
My dad was told to arrive 11:20 for his Surgery. We got there at 11am. A 1pm surgery did not start until 4:15, and no one came out to let us know what was happening. It was not a good experience. I really believed they over booked and we got the rotten end of the stick. Expected much better service.
I accompanied my sister to the ER on Wednesday night. We were in and out on four hours -- she had a CT scan along with other x-ray studies, evaluation by a nurse, doctor and PA. She also required surgical repair of an arm laceration. Many, many thanks to Carrie, Claire, Colin and Dr. Patchefsky. You were great, kind and compassionate!!
