We have been living here since February of this year. One of main reasons that we gave Lanier Landing a 5-star rating is because of the expert maintenance department, especially Bruce. Before Lanier Landing took over this apartment complex, Bruce was the person who was on-call 24-7 and always came promptly whenever anything needed to be fixed. We have also had a few emergencies and he responded immediately. Bruce is very courteous, friendly and knowledgable and such a great asset to the Lanier Landing team.
This is the best apartment home community in Brunswick, GA!
I have lived here for 10 years and am excited to see the changes Lanier Landing are making. I hope to be able to live here for years to come.
