I moved out early on my lease, I paid in full the months left on my lease. Now I’m getting billed for utilities for the time I wasn’t living there, saying they need to have ac on and running, every week the amount changes. None of the explanations make any sense. Look for another place to rent, the monthly ac charge I’m being charged is way more than I paid while I was living there. Old windows, can see light thru closed doors as they don’t seal tightly, old ac, updates are needed.
Landscaping used to be much better .Rent increased $100 after 1st year. Staff is completely different . rent is too high for apartment. Highest in town should be nicest but Ive since seen nicer, cheaper.
RecommendedWhen me and my husband was looking for a place to rant in Brunswick Georgia we did not find anything until we found this place. Me my husband fell in love with it. My kids love it here all the way from the playgrounds to meaningof the pool in the friendly environment. Very friendly stuff love them. They helped us so much!
I did everything online and just checked the apartment to close, Melissa's service was exceptional, I checked all the facilities and everyone was always available to meet me. Loved the apartment and the condo.
Move to Somewhere else!!!! They are some scammers, will charge you move out fees for normal wear and tear. I have a video and several photos as proof. Only 1 fee is probably legit, the others aren’t. Go to Google and read more recent reviews from other people! Best thing we done was move. Your rent will up for no reason at all. I didn’t have a single upgrade yet, I’m being charged to paint and replace blinds after 4 years living there. It wasn’t even Lanier Landing when I moved in!
don't move here. not military friendly. not service dog, assistance animal or emotional support dog friendly. leaving was the best day.
These are professional scammers charge me a extra $300 per month for a short term lease then tell me when I moved out I should pay to repaint the apartment. Don't have a problem paying my bill but I will not be paying one cent to you
There's not a better place to live. Great location, Treena - Leasing Manager - is always helpful and there's no better maintenance guru than Bruce. Both Treena and Bruce make this a great place to call home. I can't imagine what Lanier Landing would do without Bruce and his hands-on knowledge of all operating systems and experience.
