Bought a Craftsman Lawnmower about 6 weeks ago, which cost over $300. Have used it 6 times and already, the transmission is leaking. Called Ace and they would not take it back and said that we would have to get it repaired. Went and talked to the Repair person and he said that transmissions are going out so fast in these Craftsman mowers that it will take two weeks to repair it. Said Ace will take it back but we would lose $20.00 because they won't refund us the full purchase price. Very unhappy about the whole situation!
You lost a ten year customer today. Rude customers rude employees. Never going back EVER.
