Greedy. Charged for an estimate without disclosing there would be a charge. With an appointment, I waited over 2 hours in service/repair for an estimate. They looked at my vehicle for a half hour and charged me over $170, ONLY to give me an estimate. They didn't tell me there would be a charge for an estimate. I was also told that I was given a discount. While I was waiting a handful of customers came in for repairs for "the same thing again" they already repaired. Waste of time. Waste of money. My brother had an appointment for a recall on his air bag. He came from out of town this past weekend.. and once he gets to your place he was told by staff that there is no appointment and no mechanics. Staff referred him to captain quick lube for an oil change???. My brother told them that he needed to fix a recall on his air bag not an oil change. So thanks to this inconvenience he has to wait for this weekend appointment in tampa which is also probably going to have to be rescheduled because of the hurricane. Good job lab... read more
Did not sell me the truck at an agreed price. Charged me an extra $399 for pinstripes and "free oil changes". Finance guy said that was the vehicle package...salesman called it a prep charge which added to the $599 makes it higher than quoted by $399. Prep charges not taxable, vehicle package taxable. A classic case of smoke and mirrors to get extra money after agreed price.
