Negotiated a price for a used vehicle with a very nice salesperson named Denise. 27.5k if I pay cash, 26.5k if I use their finance. I agreed to their finance and when going over the numbers with the manager the price was somehow 27k. He added an additional 500$ to the negotiated price. Wasted a whole day with these people. Denise was kind and informative. Overall a waste of time.

RecommendedWe purchased a Ford Explorer two years ago. Every time we scheduled our "FREE" oil change we were greeted by their friendly staff with smiles and a "Welcome Back". The work was completed and professionally done. There was a problem with a couple pieces of factory installed molding that came loose. It was replaced and repaired without question 18 months ago and we never had another problem. When I am ready to purchase another Ford, this is the dealership that I will visit FIRST.
