My single biggest complaint about this complex is the annoying neighbors and the thin walls/floors. The upstairs neighbor is extremely loud all the time, footsteps are understandable but it sounds like there’s a bowling league up there. It wakes me up at 4am. The downstairs neighbor plays loud music, occasionally screaming/singing throughout the day when I’m working and late at night. The bass is so loud I can feel it through the floor. Living here was amazing. The leasing team is very nice and welcoming. Maintenance is always completing work orders in such timely manner. Great place to call home!
