It was a great experience during my visit at Langdon. The staff was very professional and polite. The grounds were beautiful.
Not me, but my friend had such a terrible experience here with the leasing assistant and everyone deserves to know that.
Let me start by saying the new GM is great. He was AMAZING! Made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. I plan to move to Austin for work but I’ve always been nervous to move to Austin. He have me recommendations on where to go and what to do which I really appreciate. The tour was probably the best I have ever had and I and highly considering living at this property. Kudos to the hiring squad. Think his name was John.
I've lived here almost 2 years and living here has been great. From communication and availability of front office staff to quickness and effectiveness of the maintenance crew, this place knows what they're doing! You won't find many apartment complexes this reliable. Perfect location too, almost everything you need is within 10 mins. I'm sad I'm moving but I highly recommend you move here!
Comfortable and decent place to live! Abbi is really responsive in helping with maintenance and any other issues. Edit: after moving out They are the worst! Especially Jina. They kept overcharging me each time I renewed lease and then didn’t return my security deposit on the terms of resurfacing the bath tub. Their bath tubs are painted and that paint goes away with time. I would never recommend signing a lease with them.
