My experience with LVZ Construction was far from stellar. I hired LVZ to build a 22'x22' detached garage. What they told me would be a ___month project ended up taking 2 years and 2 months to complete! The job was terribly mismanaged, with many setbacks and construction defects. What was to be a simple garage project ended up involving 4 different project managers. Beware- what was promised was not delivered- many issues with quality, timing, cleanliness, professionalism, ability to complete project on time....many many examples of issues in logistics and execution leading to extreme business interruptions.... ie they didn't order enough carpet and left an exam room half carpeted for weeks leaving it unusable, during carpeting install damaged office doors and door trim that were later corrected by our landlord's vendor who commented that in the future we should hire professionals (assu... read more
1 star right now until our project is done. Would give 0 if possible. We gave them 48k 13 months ago and not a single thing has been done. Also, 4 of the 7 reviews for this company are by family members or owners of this company? All 5 stars reviews? Another 5 star review is directly for the salesman who left the company months ago without telling us, after selling us on our project. More to come depending on how this goes.
