I have had a very bad experience with Dr. Lang, I have an enlarged prostate that causes me extreme pain at night and she says it's sleep apnea. My psa keeps going up and I have been checking it every 6 months and she blocked it so that I can only test once a year. She's a kaiser horror story switched insurance because of her God help the men she is supposed to care for. I’m very pleased with Dr Chen Lang she called and talked to me about my surgery and explained very detailed and I accepted, surgery was conducted and recovery went well
This doctor has absolutely no people skills and does not listen to her patients. She has a very condescending and self-righteous attitude. She may have a degree from an accredited university but I guarantee you she flunked bedside manner... She does not seem to have a knowledge of new drugs or drug interactions. I had to educator on my problem.
incompetentdr. with a God complex. After telling me I would need a stent between 1 and 6 weeks, I asked if I would have to return to have it removed. She said there would be a string attached to my leg to remove it. I then said somethingthat made her mad and she got in my face and said "You know what? I'm living it in for 6 weeks." as she was walking off I asked if there was anything I could take for the discomfort and she said "no, get used to it." If I could give no star that would be the most appropriate. She left my father feeling like there was no hope or reason to even do the surgery. I definitely asked his doctor for a second opinion. I wouldn't recommend scheduling an initial visit with her. She was adamant about scheduling his surgery and hadn't even seen my dad in office. This was just a phone consultation.
