We absolutely love Dr. Brown-Jones! My daughter has had stomach issues since she was a toddler (she's now 18). She was the first doctor to take it seriously, even before we were her patient. We met her at the Go Clinic and mentioned it and we switched to her and haven't looked back! She is amazing and so thorough and thoughtful! She takes her time and addresses stuff we didn't even go in for. Dr. Brown-Jones was exceptionally cold and rude, and she completely lacked compassion with my daughters during our visit. She did not provide patient-centered care, nor did she make any attempt to invite my daughters to be partners in their own care. She was only interested in what HER goals were and what boxes SHE needed to check. As this was our first visit in her office, she failed to even pretend to identify their needs or goals for the visit. She did not try to build rapport.
