Wouldn't rate to anyone. They came in to "test" for bed bugs. They not only threw our sheets on the floor after checking mattresses but the cut our plastic lining on our bed instead of just unzipping it. They spray through out Castlewood apartments and we constantly have big problems. When I called Castlewood office to get a report of "no bed bug finding," they said they'd have it to me and never did. My child's doctor diagnosed her with bed bugs and she is still getting bit but because "Lanes" said we were negative they won... read more
They service South Pointe Apartments and I've had bug problems and they've been out here several times to do what they call a clean out. After I come home from them doing the clean out I barley smell any chemicals and the bugs have not even began to disappear. Each time they come out its someone different and you can tell the clean outs are done differently. I would not recommend them to anyone!
