RecommendedGreat customer service, and made sure the vehicle was all good for me to drive off in.
I called and spoke to a guy about a vehicle they had for sale. He said because it was a repo he could sale for $3000 + TT&L... Was supposed to call me back with the total... He never called... After a few days I checked back and was told they do not know who i spoke to and the price was now $4000... BAD BUSINESS... I am not local... If i had drove over for nothing it would have been a huge inconvenience...
highly recommend not dealing with these people. The owner is a little pansy and WILL NOT deal with his customers issues appropriately. after proving we were not behind on payments and after they had already repossed the vehicle we noticed $400 was missing and before the cops could get there to do a police report the owner runs out along with his detail man and would not answer his phone when the cop asked to speak to him. what does that tell you??!?! This place is a joke!! They never answer calls ! They say they will run your card for payment when you call and then don’t and will claim you never made a payment! Rude , hateful and huge crooks
If you have the opportunity to work with this company, DONT. They’re the worst place to deal with. They don’t want to take your payments, they give you the run around or don’t want to answer the phone. If you pay over the phone and give them your card information they don’t run your card then want to come repo your vehicle because you “didn’t pay” them want to add outrageous charges to get it back. Sold me a 07 Dodge Ram check engine light came on a week later with transmission shifting issues. Oh and it took them 2 months to get me license plates and register it in my name. Wouldn’t recommend doing ANY business with them. They claim to be people of god then give you the run around for weeks. I wanted to keep my business in Cove and give back to the community. See where that got me.
