I WAS APROVED FOR A LAND/HOME PACKAGE. THEY GUARANTEED A PRICE FOR $598. THAT INCLUDED LAND, HOME, IMPROVEMENTS, DELIVERY, SETUP, AC AND SKIRTING. IT ALSO INCLUDED THE INSURANCE. ALL I NEED WAS TO GET THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT ON THE LAND. I CALL MELVIN RUSHING UP A FEW DAYS LATER AND HE TRIES TELLING ME MY NOTE WENT UP TO $608 AND THAT DID NOT INCLUDE THE INSURANCE! The finance manager at Lane Thomas (Gary) is very rude, lied to us about our application and avoided our calls. Also I lost 300.00 dollars because of him. There finance department is very slow. I would not recommend them to any one!
