I am very unpleased with them. As soon as my phone records comes in in seeking legal action. My trailor has MOLD in the ceiling and wall. They called themselves fixing it by just painting it. Now it is growing inside the bathroom window. My son is highly allergic to mold. We have cracks in the ceiling, doors that dont close, closet shelves you can't hang clothes on because it wasn't screwed into the studs, air doesn't blow cold in all the rooms, siding that has cracks in it. I would not buy anything from them, we got a house a year ago and it had a lot of damages, they come a few time to work and did not get anything accomplish... It's still not done!!! They want return any of our call... And the man-factor is they same way they both are sorry peace of crap!! We people ask me were did I get my house I tell right off don't buy from them.. I came in and look they said I definitely want go there.. So please think long and hard before going and buying anything from them!!!

All they have done is sell us a trailer. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

WARNING WARNING PLEASE READ THIS I BOUGHT A HOME FROM LANE THOMAS HOUSING & PAID IT FULL 1YR. & 1/2 ago.They told me I would receive my title in 8 to 10 days OF COURSE I DIDN'T TOOK ALL MY PAPERS dowm there again Lane Thomas signed again &again promised I would have my title in 8 to 10 days.As of today 11/5/15 I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT & have called & called & went to the office no return calls & nobody could help in the office but most definitely knew exactly who & what I came for!! Liars, Cheaters, and Thieves! Do NOT do business with these people! They tell you one thing, do another, and refuse to talk to you or honor their word! They get really ugly with you when you try to make them stand by THEIR word! They are trying to steal my deposit that they assured me they would refund!
