This store may look out for the big commercial guys, but they sure do not give customer service to the retail. Do not plan on using any coupons because they’ll tell you one thing and they’ll do another. This has happened twice and will not happen again
They have lots of younger employees who struggle to answer even basic questions and also are unfamiliar with basic tools that I’ve asked for in the past. They also wanted $8.89 for a single standard M8 chainsaw bar nut lol… crazy.
Very organized great customer service
Great pricing on propane refills and top notch service. Plenty of personnel willing to help with anything you may need.
