Unpleasant experience. I have been purchasing all of my chain saws, blowers, trimmers, etc. here for years so I was taken aback when I took my Stihl product in for a repair which was estimated to take 10 days. It took well over 3-4x's that. Was given a quote for repair but the bill was approximately 40$ more than the quote. I questioned the same and it was finally restored to the original quote. This is a poorly run and managed store. I will no longer do business here.
