Quick repair, great customer service, punctual
Very knowledgeable. Price was a little high, but the quality of work and customer service was great. Went above and beyond to teach me some things about my system.
Tom was a good guy that was able to service my lawn while I wasn't actually home. I left the gate/garage open for him and he replaced all sprinklers that he identified as broken/inefficient. However, there was one sprinkler that was missed and when I brought it to his attention I never heard anything back. I paid Tom and replaced the final sprinkler myself.

Although you are handy, sometimes you do run into a situation where you need real professionals. I found myself in a situation like this, where my two of my sprinkler valves started to leak, and they were under the concrete patio where using wrench was not possible. Tom is a thorough professional who gave me right advise and got the job done. I was pleasantly surprised to see the final bill, which came almost 25% below the estimate.
Came out and not only completed the job but educated my husband on a few things about sprinklers. I would highly recommend
