As a HOA Board President this is by far the worst company ever! The game was to get in and everything was extra. And when we pointed it out that it was included in “there contract” they were not happy. Example we need new sprinkler timers, they can’t reprogram them. There for we need new to the tune of 1500.00 dollars. The code was 1234 I redid them my self! Enough said see the proof. I would cement everything over if they were the only company out there. Tony is the best! Super easy to work with. He can do the plans if you just want permit ready plans for an owner builder project or he can do the entire construction project. Anyone looking to build a pool or just turn your outdoor space into a nice living space should definitely give Tony a call.
