Seriously slow service from kitchen. Didn't get main entrees until 30 minutes after apps were finished.
The service was horrible crab legs came half frozen manager was rude server forgot to bring drinks extra plates silverware not to mention they dirty �sign outside said all you can eat crab legs and when I asked the server said ya we don't have that then was like oh wait I guess we do�
I've always had a good experience at this place. I almost always go on the all you can eat crab night so this day wasn't any different. I had a little surprise though when I got my bill. Apparently the price for their all you can eat crab has gone up quite a bit. 75.00 a person for all you can eat king crab. I swear I thought it used to be 50.00 but maybe I'm wrong. It took about a half an hour to get our dinner after we ate our appetizers, so we weren't very hungry anymore. The manager, Eric, could not have treated us worse, arguing and making excuses for the long wait. He never once apologized. We payed for our apps and left. There was no way we were going to pay that much money for food we would have to take home in boxes because they couldn't bring it to us in a reasonable amount of time.
