Biggest joke of a company. Took over a rental property that tenants had been in for 8 years and continuously entered rental property without 24 hour notice, would just show up and proceed to let themselves inside while tenants teenage daughters were home alone. Talked badly about previous tenants to current tenant. No privacy policy about that? Do not rent from this company, very unprofessional and doesn't follow state renters laws.
