It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Kind of, but it could have been better Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They o... read more

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
