Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, I was very disappointed Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No

Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
