After reading the comment on a scam, I am very much appalled to be slammed with such behavior. Specialty items can not be credited back. There is a freight charge on these parts when ordered. Estimate was given and the estimate was higher than the sales order. We never know how much freight will cost until we get the invoice. That is why we do an estimate. Used to come here, but went in today some bald headed jackass and some guy Robert I think was the name are idiots they don't know Jack about trailers said it would cost me $3000 for brake job.. Positive last time I went the guy I used to see Michael had it done in a day and way less money. You've lost my business and I'll be sure to tell my buddies. your loss is some other shops gain. Maybe your company should get rid of two to get someone who knows something about trailers.
