The staff was unprepared, unprofessional and slow which leans itself to a conclusion of disinterested in the process. The staff did not have relevant conversations with the bank personnel and our details, paperwork and funds were not perpared in order to have a timely meeting. If you have choices, please consider a different choice.
Fantastic service and skilled real estate attorney
I am writing this to warn other potential sellers to avoid the stress and negativity that has characterized my interactions with Landmark. My experience with Landmark has been incredibly frustrating. They are trying to use technology to remotely handle closings, but the applications they use are glitchy. There were also many errors in my process.
