0/5 stars. I rented from landmark a few years ago and I'm sad to see they're still in business. They "managed" their apartments as slumlords. Completely unresponsive to tenant problems. When it rained I had water coming in my apartment through the ceiling because they didn't maintain the building. The entire apartment would get cutoff notices for utilities because they wouldn't pay their utilities on time. Didn't get my deposit back, etc. Truly awful people. Stay far away.
Love my apartment it's close to my job which is a plus. Look is kinda vintage and it has a lot of space
This company showed their client my home and let them use the bathroom, clogging the toilet!! Didn't relay the information to my realtor but instead turned the water off and left it for me to find and deal with days later. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
