I wish I could upload pics because this is unbelievable. Towers at Knoxville UTK worst run apartment building on any campus I’ve come across. They just don’t care and won’t stay past their scheduled time to help with issues nor do they keep their promises. My child and her four roommates walked into a unit that was “move in ready”. I subleased an apartment this summer at a property that’s managed by Landmark, and words can’t express how happy I am that my lease for this upcoming year is not with them. From the beginning of June through move out at the end of July - two whole months - the A/C and dishwasher in the apartment were not working. DO NOT SIGN UP TO LIVE HERE! The WORST communicators, they will ignore you intentionally about anything unless they want to bill you for the smallest things. Management is unprofessional and will deliberately lie to you about “fixing your requests” and won’t have anyone come to even look at it for weeks. AC was broken for a FULL YEAR! Dishwasher was broken last 2 months of the stay, my roommate who renewed her lease said that they finally fixed both THE DAY OF OUR MOVE OUT!?!? Moved into my new apartment. Roaches, leaks in the ceiling, a fire alarm that goes off whenever it feels like it, broken blinds, broken appliances... the list goes on. Not to mention they do all maintenance through a third party so average response time for any problem you may have is 3+ days.
