In regards to their Knoxville, TN apartments: Do not live here. Dirty, bad communication from the staff, and WAY too expensive. They will hit you with random fees (that are not reconcilable) all the time. The pool is never cleaned, nobody picks up their dog poop in the yards, the trash fees and parking fees are OUTRAGEOUS, and they will "reset your key" and leave you locked out of your unit when you least expect it (for HOURS). Fraudulent company with garbage values. This company owns Saga Columbia, which is a scam apartment complex that has been depriving residents of WATER for over 36 hours now. I’ve been without a dishwasher, thermostat, and dryer for months. This company allows for Saga to repeatedly violate the lease on their end and does nothing. You should feel utterly ashamed for being complicit in providing paying residents inhabitable living conditions.

Do not rent here. They gave me, a single parent of 4 this filthy unit a day after I was told I could move in- infested with roaches! I put all of this money into it and repainted, cleaned, managed the pest control, and after 3 months of pending “concessions” they gave me $125 Amazon gift card! Now they won’t work with me on leaving this horrible place!
