I used to live at The One apartments in Miami and it was frustrating from day one. Paperwork took forever to assemble and execute, leases setup to take advantage of students, properties are extremely dirty, my deposit refund took over 1.5 months to issue (it was only issued after my persistence, but once I got a hold of the proper person, it was expedited properly [hence the extra star]), management hard to get a hold of, no one answers the phones, responds to emails (despite one or two people actually trying), the list goes... read more
This organization is exploitative and writes their leases to benefit solely them. They will not waive policy regardless of the situation. They are very pretty apartments, but they also take advantage of students. They also do not clean well when moving in. Additionally, many of their "amenities" are unavailable as too many people are trying to use them like the shuttle.
Nice welcoming people here. Thumps up no complaints. Very professional too.
The Standard at Auburn-owned by Landmark Prop Day one move in- apartment nasty, used eye contacts dried up left in window sill, months and months of dust and dirt everywhere, broken furniture, soiled desk chair, missing living room furniture. Throughout the year- facilities unkept and even too embarrassing to have family visitors (see pics) The “ largest hot tub in the state” did not work the entire time my daughter lived there. Landmark Properties is solely comprised of scammers and crooks. I can almost guarantee any new interested tenants that you will have a terrible experience at ANY Landmark owned property.
