It's always something Negative with the properties they cover. I know friends who live in there apartments. They have Mold, they don't fix things on time and the pool house doesn't allow residents in after hours, you have ro go home to use the restroom. The Gym doesn't look like the brochure. We dont have full access to that either. It's ridiculous.
very bad customer service
In regards to the Knoxville location, beware of predatory towing, lack of reasoning with property and corporate, and a lack of accountability overall.
