At first I really liked this company, but they didn't show up at the scheduled day twice. When they opened my pool this year, they dumped everything on the cover into the pool, then tried to tell me that wasn't the reason my pool was still nasty a week later. They regularly fail to respond to texts or voice mails. I don't recommend this company unless you have owned a pool your whole life.
Landmark Pool and Spa Rocks! I've been using them for two years now. They know their stuff. Plus, they're very receptive to text messages instead of phone calls, which I like!
They put in my new liner and did a great job. First time my pool hasn't leaked since I first had it built. They worked hard and did what they said they would. Use them now for pool closing and was very happy. They know their stuff!
Hands down the best experience I have ever dealt with any Company. They want their customers happy and proved it to me for sure.
We just recently set up a salt water filter that we got from a friend. Couldn’t figure out how to get it right, so called Landmark after getting a referral. Ryan and his wife were so knowledgeable & helpful, I was actually amazed. In a world that is full of a lot of negativity, these two bring joy. Not because they got us swimming, but because of their willingness to be helpful & kind. Just amazing people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Landmark Pool & Spa. You will not find service like this anywhere else.
