If there was an option to give negative stars I would. My mother was there a few months ago and the care we were promised versus the care she received were completely different. She was there for dialysis and was also supposed have PT and OT three times a week. They attempted to get her up the day after she arrived there and never tried again. My elderly mother fell out of bed when the staff left the railing down. No big deal for them because they just put her back in the bed and that was the end of it. This facility is under staffed by mostly fantastic people being paid next to nothing. All Americans should be opposed to a profit based health care system because it reduces access to care, keeps health care worker wages low, and creates many more terrible outcomes for our families.

My husband was there for approximately three weeks for rehab. Most of the staff was wonderful. They needed to push him and they did. Everyone complains about trivial stuff, so I won't. They did their jobs and some went above and beyond. Some didn't.
