Update: I spoke with the CEO and some of the heads of care here and we discussed a lot of things. She acknowledged the need to improve communications here and I hope they're able to do that. I appreciated how thorough they were in explaining how and why things were done, and cleared up a few things that weren't well-communicated by staff. Do I agree with everything that was said and done during her time here? Would not recommend this place to anyone.
If you have a choice, please do not send your loved one here. My cousin has only been at this facility for two weeks and we are already seeing alarming neglect. She cannot speak, is completely unresponsive, and requires the highest level of care. Instead, we have found: - She suffered a severe hypoglycemic episode overnight, which is the very reason she is in this condition to begin with. Updated: Third update: Do not send your loved ones here. They discharged us to the hospital for a test with no intention for us to return. They dumped my husband at hospital and lied saying we would return. For the next month my husband got sicker and ended up in ICU. Over all my husband spent 13 months in hospitals and rehabs and his deteriorating started here. Bed sores, wrong medications given. Wonderful staff greets you when when are admitted and when you leave good movies to watch while staying there you can get some sleep and quiet and rest . peacefull atmosphere rooms are very cool not hot.a very good place to be at when you are trying to get well.
