Love this place really nice people there and very clean. My mom she was there they wean my mom off her ventilator and tracheostomy that was why she went there one of the best places to go. I want to say thank u to all the docs and the nurses that is there that took care of her and helped her we would know what to do if it wasn't for ya'll weaning her off the ventilator and the Tracheotomy. Landmark (LTAC) - This place is a straight JOKE!!!! The nurses & techs think they can talk & treat their patients any kind of way, and so much more! I will be reporting quite a few things, because the care my mother has received is TRASH. this place isn’t even worthy enough to receive even a “ 1 star review”
Staff members work consistently and collaboratively together to provide a patient/family centered environment. I personally feel grateful to come in contact with each and every everyone I cross paths with! Management is changing and the team is growing and expanding everyday!
