I appreciate that they come to me instead of me having to go somewhere where I would have to pay for parking or find somewhere to park. The visit was very informative and helpful. I got to learn about different apps that would help me on my weight loss journey. I learned that if I meal prep that could help also. I enjoyed the experience and look forward to my next visit.
