Luckily i have not had the misfortune of renting from this hypocrite but i have seen the show the super. It's obvious he's a slumlord and pays his workers badly as well. He is a perfect example of a Scumbag fake christian
Dave paladino is not a caring christan man as he claims to be. All he cares about is money. He does not fix anything like he says he will. His apartments are roach and bed bug central. Black mold that he wont take care of,trash, broken glass every where,he allows as many as 9 ppl to live in a one bedroom unit that do nothing but party all night, fights almost daily,broken beer bottles everywhere etc. He is aware of many things that go on yet as long as he gets his rent he dont care. Unfortunately I cannot give this place ANY positive feedback AT ALL!!!! THE LANDMARK GROUP IS EXTREMELY DECEIVING & WILL ALLOW ANYONE TO LIVE IN THEIR APARTMENTS OR HOUSING!!- ESPECIALLY NOT ONLY WITH THE DEPOSIT... BUT ALSO IF YOU ARE ON G.A. OR HOUSING AUTHORITY/ SECTION 8! DRUG USE.. NOT ANY NOTIFICATION OF ANY- BEFORE "MAINTAINANCE" ENTERS YOUR PRIVATE LIVING.
