UPDATE: 8/25/26 this office now has an automatic door!! For the first time, I was able to get into the building INDEPENDANTLY! Thank you Ohio County Healthcare. I have very mixed feelings about this office. I was referred almost 3yrs ago, because my GP really wanted me to see Dr Lalama, but I have only ever seen the APRN. I have definitely struggled with the staff at the front to get calls back or follow up appts scheduled/rescheduled after they called to cancel, yesterday was my 5th office visit. Doctor was great, needs to improve on the front office staff, very unfriendly. The nurse practitioner needs to go, very hateful and not helpful. Treated me like crap and acted like my issues were stupid and a waste of her time. She never asked me my concerns, just assumed everything about me. Just because I'm a few pounds over weight she told me to stop shoving food I'm my mouth all the time. I'm doing go to eat one meal a day do to my stomach issues. They never helped me and my issues are only getting worse. I spend more ti... read more
I just love Brittany! She is very professional and takes her time to explain to you. I also met Ashley and she also is very professional and patient with you. Both women are awesome.
