I found this to be a great doctor everything was explained and got it all done
Friendly receptionist and doctors
Unprofessional!!! Had a colonoscopy scheduled months ago for July 12. 24 hours before procedure I call the office to ask about prep instructions because I never received any. I find out my procedure was rescheduled and I was NEVER informed. Had I not called to go over instructions I would have prepped, gone to surgery center, and then found out I was rescheduled. Hannah the nurse who did this acted as if it was no big deal. Maybe Dr Lalama is nice but I will never know.
