Landmark rendered an excellent performance repairing my Sonata. It left their custody in like new condition.

Our family has used Landmark for years (thanks to 3 teenage drivers-LOL). After the 1st time we discovered how helpful and honest they are from start to finish and we have never used anyone else!! They get the job done in an efficient and timely manner, and if there is ever a question they make sure the situation is handled correctly. Landmark Collition is awesome they took care of my car. All the scratches are gone. My car was hit 3 times and Shane Deacon made sure I was treated right. Thank God for people like Mr Deacon. God Bless
I was very happy on how I was treated when I received an estimate for my car. It wasn't until there was an issue with the estimate that I brought up that I was treated terrible. I was yelled at, cussed at, and called "son"by the general manager, which was very disrespectful. Because of the the way I was treated I will NEVER do business with them and will not recommend them to anyone. Yall need some lessons in customer service
Here's the bad news: Landmark made a mistake in installing a bad part on my daughter's car. Here's the good news: Ed and Shane bent over backwards and went way out of their way to make things right. I can recommend Landmark to anyone without reservation. They are truly honest and if they make a mistake, they make it right.
