Nightmare on Peyton Drive Horrible place to live! Stay away at all costs! We lived there for nine months and paid our rent on time every month. However, four of the nine months we received and eviction notice on our door stating that we never paid. Each time I had to go to the office to straighten this out. We moved out with our bill paid in full. Trying, but failing, to be high end We lived in these apartments for one year and finally had to get out (we left a month early on our lease). Although they bill themselves as high end - offering free tanning beds, multiple pools, and a "clubhouse," these are really sort of low-class apartments. The staff is ignorant and unfriendly, and in order to "improve" the experience, they are always doing construction - without notice or relief.
