Reviews are not helping the situations tenants are having. No one answers the phones nor do they respond to work orders. My daughter has put in 3 work orders pertaining to her stove not working properly. It sparks fire when you turn it on. I know this because I have visited her numerous times when it happens. As far as the location and the people living in the community is fine. Although the patrol unit that comes out every once in awhile to check on things, and to handle situations. They sometime tend to interfere with the people that has nothing to do with the reason why they're there. Overall The Landings at East Pointe apartment is it enjoyable place to live
On behalf of my daughter this place takes your money and send notifications to a address you don't live at even though you contact them and give them a address change!!!!
