Overall, the complex is not too bad. Pros: washer/dryer, garage (if you pay extra), Cons: Walls are paper thin I definitely think the worst thing by far about this complex is how paper thin the walls are. You can hear every little footstep from the neighbors above (obviously if you're the top apartment, then you are okay). It's tough coming home after a long day at work to hear constant noises that sound like a bowling ball dropping. I go to bed hearing my neighbors and wake up to them in the morning... The only thing that this apartment complex has for them is that they are new. For the price you pay, you are not home. There are no amenities for children. Barely any parking. Children are not allowed to play outside or ride their bikes. Every month there's a newsletter that is full of nothing but petty scolding from the manager. It's seriously like living in the jail that is down the road from us. The tenants here are put under a microscope and every little complaint goes in the monthly newsletter.
