Nice big rooms and good perks like a 24/7 gym, not anyone’s speed if they care about noise though
I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Landing at Appleyard. My daughter recently moved into this apartment community, and our experience has been phenomenal from the very beginning. What stood out to me immediately was how welcoming and personable everyone was. Because it is a smaller apartment community, there is a genuine sense of family here. The landing has been very accommodating to all my needs and been very helpful with any inquiries I have had. I highly recommend using this is your place of residence. Shout out to Danielle!! Update: So I recently moved in with my partner but again I cannot stress enough, how helpful and understanding the staff was here if you are a student or just a person looking for an apartment in Tallahassee the Landing at Appleyard should be top of the list.
