Jayson King has a unique ability to only listen to what he thinks is best and completely disregard his clients. I was not presented with basic concepts to choose from and the one that he decided was best did not include the must have requirements we spent hours reviewing (on site). When we tried to work with him - he only complained about how much time he spent chasing his erroneous vision that was not close to what had been requested. I cannot even begin to describe how pleased we are with the design that LFDG created for our property. Jayson was very professional he listened to what we had in mind and then created an extraordinary plan beyond anything we could have imagined. Jayson and the crew at Landform Design Group are wonderful... Easy to work work, and very creative even with a smaller home/lot (like ours)... We highly recommend them...
Poor advance planning, leading to poor management, poor adherence to explicitly stated design criteria, poor keeping of both oral and written agreements, poor horticultural planning, poor accountability, poor treatment of clients.
