Have used Landis Heat and Air for over 30+ years...never had a complaint...they were outstanding!!! But after today i will be looking for a new company!!! They quoted a price for an item...not a job, an item, 7 times higher than I paid for the same item elsewhere. I believe it is time to shop around!!!
Our heat pump went out during the bitter cold weather. Landes got us on emergency heat until they were able to replace the old system. 5 stars to the crew replacing it. Highly recommend these guys.
Great service. At the time that I called them, my HVAC was out. They came out quickly to look at the unit and got me a quote by the end of the day. Quote had 4 units and was complete, detailed, and professional. They answered all my questions on the various units. Once I summitted my request, it took about 2 weeks to get the unit, a couple days for my schedule (they were ready next day), and a 2 day install. Overall, amazing work. This has been several years, but they gave us a hard time about having to come service. Our Lennox pulse because we , at the time lived in verona, and used another Lennox dealer to install . We needed service, not a lecture, and we didn't deserve that as customers.
