Receptionist seemed very confused when I called and said someone would call me. Waited a week and still no call. Called back and she said she would leave a note for him to call. He called the next day but didn’t seem interested the job I needed looked at but made an appointment to meet with me the next day. The next day 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment he called and said they are overwhelmed with their regular customers and don’t want to take on new work. I wrote my initial review, left it here, adding an addendum later. It was a negative review due to several issues. I was ordered by Kirk Landes to never contact them again. This, after 22 years of receiving excellent service from them with no problems. There's a lot of details to this that I dont care to write again. I received a phone call message from Kirk Landes requesting that I change my 1 rating so he wouldn't have to address the issues. Nope. They treated me very badly.
