I wrote my initial review, left it here, adding an addendum later. It was a negative review due to several issues. I was ordered by Kirk Landes to never contact them again. This, after 22 years of receiving excellent service from them with no problems. There's a lot of details to this that I dont care to write again. I received a phone call message from Kirk Landes requesting that I change my 1 rating so he wouldn't have to address the issues. Nope. They treated me very badly. BEST HVAC COMPANY IN THE VALLEY! We had an emergency situation at our house involving a leaking pipe behind our furnace. Craig and Zach took care of us immediately. It was a complicated job and not only did they explain everything that was going on and what they needed to do but they also went out of the way to make modifications to our unit to help avoid future issues with getting our hot water heater out of the utility closet.
