Service Center terrible. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them.
I went to Bessemer Chrysler Jeep Dodge almost a year ago and applied for a loan on a jeep. I signed the papers and drove off the lot. A month went by and 2000 miles later they call me wanting to get an oil change and etc. Brought the jeep up there which they said my loan didn't go through and they were taking it back. Which they stated they were giving me my $1500.00 down payment back. I took the money from my income tax check and paid them with the credit card they supply you with and I NEVER received any of that money back... read more
