I went in to the Landers McLarty Chevy Service center today because I had a broken piece in my center console. John Turney was wonderful! He took all my information and let me know I would get a call when my part came in. How exciting that it was in the same day! John and the techs fit the new piece in quickly, and got me back in my truck. Thanks for the great work today! I would definitely recommend any Chevy service be done here!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We took our truck there to be serviced and they were unable to get it fixed before closing. This was not a huge deal as we have another vehicle. The problem was that when we went to pick up our truck the next day, the receptionist sent us on a wild goose hunt to find our truck. No one knew where it was nor did they try to help us find it. They literally told us to drive around until we found it. The manager could care less that they had no idea where our vehicle was. It was eventually ... read more

Jeremy in the service department has for years been excellent in every way. He treats you with respect and keeps his word. He is informative and helpful. As far as I'm concerned he's why we stick with Chevy. Customer Service at its finest. It's more than business it's how you treat people.

They are horrible!!!! Our car has not worked in 7 months the bank won't help fix it and we go to talk to them all they can say is "want to buy another car?!?!"
