My first experience with this dealership was very positive, and I will return. The staff (Jeremy in the service center) was helpful and informative, including the coordination of a tow service and the tow billing for my vehicle. A rental car service is available on-site, and my final bill was less than the original estimate. Scott was such a professional in handling my oil change. Just about they time they were getting done, he came out and explained that they could change the air filter while they were at it - no high pitch sales, just a suggestion. He saw that I was concerned about the price and asked if anyone in the family was in the service and got me a 10% discount. I came in during the busiest time of day, but he treated me like I was his first customer of the day. These guys are A-#1 in my book! They are the best!

I have bought the last four vehicles from Landers McLarty and always bring my vehicles there for servicing. John Turney, in the service dept, keeps me informed as to what kind of maintenance is due on my 2016 Silverado. I always feel comfortable dealing with John knowing that he will never give me a high pressure sales pitch to do more maintenance to the truck than is needed. It’s a very nice feeling dealing with a company like Landers and the employees like John, that you can trust and highly recommend.

Took car in today for a recall 7am, and nothing was done because they had to order part, didn't find that until 330pm, but the main thing that piss me off is that one of y'all employees stole something out my car and nobody knows where it's at, I'm sure I'll find more missing stuff later when I check the rest of my stuff, y'all need to check them cameras.
