I was looking for a vehicle and made a Facebook post asking if any of my contacts knew anyone at Landers DCJR in Bossier City. Few moments later I got a reply from Zach. That day I told him I’d send a deposit to hold it while I booked my airline ticket to fly in. I arrived to the vehicle pulled up on the apron, detailed and full tank of gas ready to go. Keep your eyes open and your wallet closed. They will sell you a new car with a salvage title then tell you to get a lawyer. They did not have proof of insurance before car left lot, bc they didn’t want you to know about the salvage title which your agent will look up when issuing ins. A day too late and Louisiana has no cooling off period meaning u cannot return vehicle. Times r tough and they are conducting fraudulent transactions

"I bought a brand new vehicle from them, 2020 Jeep..." I bought a brand new vehicle from them, 2020 Jeep Cherokee latitude plus. I asked prior to buying if the car any wrecks or accidents and can I have the car fax. They said absolutely no damages or wrecks it’s brand new. The car fax they said to me, their isn’t one because I’m gonna be the first registered person to the car and the first title holder. Purchased a Grand Cherokee there mid 2019. The service after the sale has been absolutely horrible. Things promised in writing are not being honored. I would never purchase a vehicle here again.

Bought a preowned jeep recently. They called me out of the blue to tell me they did not do their dealership inspection and that there was about $800 worth of warranty work to be done on it. They picked it up from my home and even brought it back the same day. Which is totally crazy because last year my husband went in for an oil change and rotation that took several days to complete.
