I have my 2018 Jeep Wrangler serviced recently at M & L Chrysler, Jeep Dodge dealer in Lexington, NC. Sheryl did a great job managing the appointment from start to finish. Brandon (service technician) did a great job changing the oil & filter as well as installing a new engine air filter. Brandon also did an excellent job video recording the multi-point inspection. Worst service I've ever received in ANY INDUSTRY. The level of incompetence might only be matched by their lack of giving an F. My car was in the shop for over a month. No updates. I had to always call. Was given numerous dates that were missed over and over again. Silly me showed up assuming my car was completed but of course it wasn't. The service administrator we worked with Patty Blue was exceptional in finding the service parts we needed and getting us squeezed in and back on our vacation that afternoon.
Have a family member bought a car, took back 3 days later, transmission needed to be replaced and they even bought extended warranty , after was told was covered and after having the car for 40 days and still not fixed and now saying warranty will not cover... still fighting to get fixed... dont go here..... only 1 star because I half to.

Dealership will say anything to "sell" you a vehicle. The ghost you when you call for updates. Made an agreement to purchase a pre-owned Jeep on Sunday, called Wedneaday to.check in and never received a return call. Called again Friday, was told the shop had gone through the vehicle and not found anything wrong, no mention of the additional aspects of the purchase agreement. Run, don't walk, AWAY!!!! Saw a deal online. Did a deal with salesman Ryan, negotiated the price in writing, and agreed to the sales price in writing. He promised the car was pulled off the floor pending sale. Then BOOM they sold the car to someone else. Falsely claimed we "refused" to sign paperwork that was never sent. Should have seen red flag when they advertised a $699 doc fee included in the price, and their first offer used the same price, plus the $699 doc fee. i was supposed to purchase a truck from them tomorrow and i accepted the buyers order, last minute they would not sell me the truck unless i financed it with them, i already had financing! and had agreed to everything. the financing has made them greedy and i lost a truck i really wanted. i highly recommend not using this company as they are liars and excessively greedy. I have contacted Chrysler corp and the US govt and hope the dealer gets what they deserve!
PURCHASED MY 2022 DODGE RAM FROM THE DECATUR DEALERSHIP. MATT WAS AWESOME. FAST FOWARD TO 2026. I CURRENTLY HAVE 28600 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. HAVE HAD ZERO ISSUES UP UNITL MAY 2026.
