They were very helpful until the sale was final. I bought a car for my daughter on June 14. On August 5th my husband called because we still had no paperwork on the car. We were told that the paperwork was on the guys desk and he would put it in the mail that day. I called back on August 12th because we still had no paperwork. Jason Millard was great . I had problems with my Chrysler 200 and not only did he fix my car he also fixed my transmission and put a brand new engine in my car along with 3 years free oil change. Now that's Great customer service at its best!! Thank you Jason from Vet.
At first they are very friendly, and reasonably knowledge. Just don't expect them to be very helpful AFTER the sale. Bought a corvette from them with the extra warranty- and after months of phone calls, still can't get any information on it.
