Found a truck I liked with good mileage and convinced my fiancée to buy a car. There were things wrong with my truck which we agreed to have fixed on their behalf. Now I have a truck with a back up camera which doesn't work, back seat still is broken. I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram from this place and was promised a spare key because the one key they gave me wasn’t working properly. Since then the salesman that sold me the truck no longer works there. They will not make it good on his word although he told me the key had been ordered and was on the way several times. I have repeatedly called and gone over there in person and have been lied to so many times. I am so disappointed in this place, they have ran my credit report 4 times AFTER telling me I wouldn’t have a hard hit on my credit report, well I didn’t have 1 I have 4!!!!! ��.... I currently (the first of the year) bought a car from the Landers dealership in Little Rock and EVERYTHING I was told was correct and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect!!!! I will NEVER EVER do business here again!!!!
In February of this year 2017 I purchased a vehicle (2011 f150) @ Landers Auto Sales in Bryant AR. 22615 interstate 30 S. Bryant Arkansas 72022 On the day I purchased the vehicle I reported to them it was making a noise in the rear end and when I turn the steering wheel and the a/c not cooling correctly. We bought a f150at Landers Auto Sales 22615 Interstate 30 S, Bryant, Arkansas 72022 around February. talked to Gary Lander about the noises and he said that (drive shaft) which it wasn't they kept trying to fix it for a couple of times, Gary continue to say they fixed it again.
